UGH brain fog. I am so exhausted and feel like I’ve been drugged. So tired of this feeling and don’t have anyone to talk to about it. How do you cope? Anyone else feel guilty like their constantly “complaining” that they feel like sh!t? I don’t want to be that person. But I feel like death!

Yes don't feel bad. It's hard when no one understands. I had to change doctors. She drew my Ana and sent me to a specialist. Don't stop demanding for answers

I agree with Scout123. It really helps to talk to other peeps that have the same situation. Unfortunately, all of my healthy friends just DO NOT GET IT . They try to be polite but I feel like some have rolled their eyes or think that I’m either lying or overreacting. It can be really isolating . You can vent here at least . Im ALWAYS tired . I could sleep anywhere. I try to laugh a lot and have fun despite this . It’s the only way I’ve been able to get through 17 years of autoimmune disease .
Hi! Joining this app has helped me feel less alone! I’m sure people struggling with the same things would understand and try to be helpful :)
