First off, definitely do research on BPD. Try to really understand the disorder and your experience with it. This will help with self awareness a lot. In terms of treatment, DBT, and time, and trial and error. Learn your triggers and understand why they are triggers. Find out what works for you because everyone copes differently. You can also look into inner child work for unresolved trauma since that is usually where BPD stems from (maybe do with a professional). Hope this helps and know you’re not alone!

if you are able to regular therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. you can buy work books online but dbt on your own can be kinda tricky if you have a hard time focusing
