Just keep searching for what does help. You know yourself and what helps.

When you feel yourself getting down, imagin grabbing yourself from sliding down a muddy slope or some type of slippery slope and tell yourself," not today! What would realistically make me feel better right now? " And stop what you are doing and do it or eat or drink it! But think realistically, what you can do right then at that moment.

On the contrary, the meds that I take do help me. I would say to deal with bipolar, try doing a couple things that make you feel happy. I personally have bipolar with mood swings and depression and anxiety. So I know how this feels.

Switch doctors if you have too. Took me 5 doctors and like 10 different meds before I finally found some that work.
