Im unsure if I picked the right one. Its definitely bipolar I can't recall which one it was either type 1 or 2. the worst one is basically what I got told. I get high episodes and grandiose but lately I'm good. Just wanting to be better if that makes sense.

For bipolar 1 you have to have at least 1 episode of mania. Mania lasts at least 1 week (bipolar 1) while hypomania lasts at least 4 days (bipolar 2). If you experience high episodes and grandiosity, it could be indicative of Bipolar Type 1."
