Dealing with Bipolar Disorder: Seeking Improvement

Im unsure if I picked the right one. Its definitely bipolar I can't recall which one it was either type 1 or 2. the worst one is basically what I got told. I get high episodes and grandiose but lately I'm good. Just wanting to be better if that makes sense.

Based on what my psych told me, with bipolar, you'll experience either mania or hypomania once a year. Whereas with something like BPD, you have small spouts of mania. "The worst one" sounds very broad. It's possible that they're referring to Bipolar 1 since usually, during mania, you're recommended to be hospitalized.
