Dealing with ARFID and ADHD: How to Make Myself Eat Something Anyway?

trigger warning for eating disorders So, I've heard that ARFID is pretty common with I think Autism or ADHD (I have both) and I looked up the symptoms while back and thought "that's not me". But the more self aware I am, the more I realize that it is me. Like today, I couldn't find anything I wanted to eat. And I had no appetite for any thing I saw. So I just sorta went to myself, "well guess I'll starve and drink water". It feels like it's just feeding another possible eating disorder. how do I deal with this? I know this mindset is terrible. how do I make myself eat something anyways?
