For me I think each day is different. When I first wake up im usually ok. But as the day goes on anxiety or stressing myself out (even over nothing) gets the best of me. Luckily my sleep is ok but my mind does wonder so much and sometimes I even wake up in panic mode for no reason at all.
I have kids and a job so keeping occupied definitely helps but not always. How about yoi
I wake up and fall asleep pretty troubled 😟 it's difficult for me to do either. Even with meds at times. I'm great throughout the day because I'm busy. But I'm on a mandatory vacation for 2 weeks and it's been rough. I either have to do everything or nothing at all. I praise God I have kids with needs because I'm terrible with making sure I do what I'm supposed for myself. It's hard to do simple things or task other than feeding and bathing my kids 😭😮💨
-Keep myself occupied
-Work when I want to (UberEats and catering delivery) and don't bother when I'm not feeling up to it.
-Listen to LOTS AND LOTS of music
-Take Delta8
-Hold and play with my daughters' 2 pet guinea pigs
-Watch comedy that will really get me laughing
-Talk to a good friend or loving family member
I hope this helps some because I know uncontrollable anxiety can be crippling. ❤
I hope this helps.
