I have fear , sensation of tightness all over my body every time I start moving to much I feel like I'm going to faint I fell weird sensation on my heart but I did all the tests so far like 7 including ultrasound, stress tests for the heart , and everything come up normal. everyone's said it's anexity but how can I deal with this
