Dealing with Anxiety Symptoms: Exhaustion, Dizziness, and Panic Attacks

Hi! My name is Julie. I’ve had anxiety and panic attacks since I was about 19. I’m also a hypochondriac. Last year I lost my dad then my mom then my dog. My anxiety is through the roof. What physical symptoms do you suffer with with your anxiety? I’m just so exhausted and dizzy/light headed all the time. My legs feel like rubber. Does this happen to you? I also get panic attacks. Thank you for listening!

Im not good at remembering or identifying before a panic attack yet, so I'm not much help. But I wanted to say, I'm so sorry for all the loss you have experienced and I hope you find relief from your anxiety symptoms and feel better. 💜

First, let me say I’m sorry about all your loss in such a short period of time. 🙏 I began having panic attacks in 7th grade. I thought I was having a heart attack! Now my panic attacks usually have the element of doom. I don’t have any particular feelings with the exception of impending doom or disaster. When I do allow myself to feel something at those times I generally feel sick to my stomach. Lastly, always remember…even a hypochondriac can be right sometimes!
