Dealing with Anxiety Symptoms: Brain Fog and Memory Loss

When anxiety increases do you have periods of increased symptoms/feeling out of it? I feel like my brain fog lack of concentration has been bad for days and my memory and fatigue is worse but I also have really low testosterone so it could just be that taking its toll too. But a few weeks ago I had multiple panic attacks for several days and there's been days where I feel like I'm still recovering from it or impacted by it. If that makes sense.

All right there's two clinics you can check out and they're both equally as good but one is a bit more affordable.... You can try out matrix hormones but the startup costs are fairly high but overall they're still a very good clinic or you could also try hormones for me.com that's ran by a man named Ryan root

I hope things get better soon it's like a hazy zombie feeling and very tired. Sometimes like an "autopilot" feeling

I feel this way often. Low T here too. I hate it when I get heavy breathing, sweats and blurry vision for seemingly no reason. Sometimes I swear I’m having a stroke or something

I find my heavy breathing is the worst in the morning or waking up already in a panic attack

I go through the same thing. When my anxiety gets bad I start having a hard time with time perception, my days run together. My therapist gave me a sheet on finger breathing, that seems to help my anxiety, or at least get me off edge. There's plenty of YouTube videos that show you how to do it, it's really simple and can be something unnoticable, which allows you to do it in public
