Dealing with Anxiety: Seeking Help

@Tgc456 I hear you!! They want me on meds, I’m so worried about taking them(tried one once and thought I was losing my mind) and everyone says “oh ya gotta just wait that out and work thru it”…there was no way I could have…so they want me to try a different one…I’d love to do this without meds…I have two therapists(both great), I’ve done massage, acupuncture and everyday I feel a little more in control but not like I’d like…my anxiety comes with physical pain also(I have health anxiety) so every little “weird sensation” sends me back into a spiral…I’ve gotten off social media and started reading books about anxiety instead and that has been helping a little… What are you doing to help yourself as best as you can?
