Dealing with Anxiety: Seeking Advice and Support

As posted above, this is a great community, but most of us aren't therapists. For sure seek out therapy in your area. You can ask around here about coping skills. Also if that's moderate I'd suggest taking some medicine for it. There are really good ones out there, but if you do start medicine, I want you to keep in mind ots not magic, and it won't work right away. You may end up trying 3-5 different ones before finding one that works. Don't give up if it doesn't work right off the bat. Sending love and support! My dms are open if you need it as well!❤️🤗
