Last Sunday was my birthday. I had fun but my anxiety kept getting in the way. I did so much gagging. I had to step away so many times. I was with my best friend for crying out loud!!!!! It was so frustrating. My anxiety wants me to believe that my birthday was a failure which is a lie it wants me to believe. Anybody ever have a fun outing and have to deal with anxiety??
