My 20-year-old son does. When he was still in high school I didn't get it he was in the nurse's office all the time. I thought he was just trying to get out of classes. Now that he's older and he's trying to have his first job different things kick in so many different possible anxieties on the way he spent a lot of time in the restroom once he gets to work. Not good he's working it out but he is working with a therapist I believe online through his job. Keep seeking help ... Sometimes it's a little different for everybody you got to keep looking.

Yes, most def. Mindfulness is helpful, making sure you are in the moment and grounded. A lot of deep breathing too. It helps a tummy ache too. Also, peppermint. Actual peppermint mints, and tea also helps the nausea and a tummy ache. And if you're into it even peppermint oils or incense.
