Dealing with Anxiety: Music as a Coping Mechanism

The best way for me to deal with my anxiety is listening to music. Can other people relate to it or how do you handle it

Yes. I use music to calm me down sometimes. I know most people listen to calming music to calm down. I don't use that. I mostly listen to the songs I really like. Which can sometimes be loud and upbeat. Even though that's probably not good for calming people down, it helps me.

I recently found out about brown noise. It's similar to white noise but deeper sounding. It is honestly the only thing that quiets my brain down.

Yes! Whenever I feel like my anxiety is gonna trigger, I put in my earbuds and listen to music. It calms me down and helps me breathe. Whenever I hear music, my anxiety and worries melt away.
