Dealing with Anxiety at Work

Thank you guys ❤️ I am currently seeing a psychiatrist and we're just trying to figure out what meds work best. He gave me zyprexa and it seems to help I just hope it stays like that.

My anxiety makes it hard for me to drive. I procrastinate so much about leaving the house to even go grocery shopping. I’m fortunate to be a stay at home mom and housewife. But I seriously hate leaving the house if I’m the one driving.

I understand how difficult this can be and how much it can affect everything in your life. I second the Psychiatrist recommendation. I had to take FMLA as well. I looked into online support groups and apps on my phone to help me with this. I read a lot of self-help books and talked to two of my closest friends that I could share my feelings with. I also made of list of the top 10 things I could do to bring myself joy. I love walking on a beach, playing in dirt and caring for my plants and flowers. Also special times together with my family. I would work with a psychiatrist about it and with your job see if you can get FMLA so that if you keep calling out of work bc of you anxiety legally they can't fire you
