Dealing with Anklylosing Spondylitis Pain

I have anklylosing spondylitis and for me it is very painful. can't stand for more than 10 minutes at a time and bending over and getting back up is even harder. it makes it difficult to complete everyday tasks. anyone have any suggestions on anything that has worked for u.

I have the same thing and it's such a struggle some days. What meds are you on? Outside of meds, biofreeze spray/roll on is super helpful. Heat or ice. Lidocaine patches.

currently my doctor wants me to do therapy, not on any meds as of current.
