Dealing with Anger Issues and Depression

Does anyone get like really bad anger issues or are irritated easily by everyone? I know depression can cause anger, but I feel the longer I just let off the steam when I can or try to sleep it off, I'm going to snap.

Honestly I relate to this, I know that for me when I’m really frustrated I cry. When I’m mad I cry. And sometimes it’s vice versa. Sometimes I’m so depressed that I get frustrated, and that frustration turns to anger, which usually ends in me crying. I can relate to you guys saying that it’s like a roller coaster that you have to sleep off. Sometimes I’ll snap for no apparent reason, and I know that I’m snapping for no apparent reason. But I know that it’s just because I’m depressed, and frustrated, and bored. Usually sleeping it off helps, but there’s only so much sleeping enough you can do until you get frustrated that you have to sleep to not be angry.
