I've come along way in 4 years. the GP put me on a range of meds that did not work. But he last year I've been placed on anti pyscotics and mood stablizers and in fairness they do work (stops me from.having bad insomnia and stops me self harming) however, I have developed Agoraphobia (I don't like going outside without someone with me) if I'm forced outside I my own I break down and have a panic attack.

It's great to hear that your current medications are helping with insomnia and self-harming. For agoraphobia, one approach that has been helpful for some people is taking small steps and gradually exposing themselves to the outside environment with the support of a therapist or loved ones. It's important to discuss your concerns with your doctor or mental health professional to develop a personalized plan for managing your agoraphobia.
