Dealing with Agoraphobia and Mental Health Medications

I've come along way in 4 years. the GP put me on a range of meds that did not work. But he last year I've been placed on anti pyscotics and mood stablizers and in fairness they do work (stops me from.having bad insomnia and stops me self harming) however, I have developed Agoraphobia (I don't like going outside without someone with me) if I'm forced outside I my own I break down and have a panic attack.

I'm slowly forming agoraphobia as well. It seems everytime I go to find a therapist, I keep getting denied. If I have to go shopping (with someone) I get dizzy, paranoid, panicky. I overthink and I feel there are more bad people out there instead of good. I hope you can figure out your agoraphobia.
