I'm very new to this so I have no idea what I'm doing so bear with me lol I was diagnosed with ADHD in about 2016, and started experiencing depression the next year. Whether it was due to the Adderall I took or other outside factors, I guess I'll never know. Once I started getting the depressive symptoms, I got tired, all the time. Even though I'm not nearly as depressed anymore, I still have the chronic fatigue. I don't take Adderall anymore, which has hugely helped with depression. I've been learning to manage my ADHD, but the hyperactivity gets a little bit much though. I've been learning to deal with chronic fatigue, but it just gets too much some days. Anyone have tips and tricks or whatever? If not, feel free to share your own stories if you want :)
