I think i suffer with Acid Reflux. It makes me feel sick and I have a phobia of sick, so it makes me feel so much worse. Is there anything that anyone can suggest to make me feel any better while i feel this way? Or infact to sure Acid Reflux

Hi! I’m also emetophobic and have gerd. If you’ve been to your gp about it they might’ve suggested medications such as omeprazole or lansoprazole (I’ve tried both and personally omeprazole works better for me), but I also use things like Rennie and gaviscon on days where it’s particularly bad. Make sure to keep your water intake up and try to avoid greasy, fatty foods and things that have caffeine in them (coke, Pepsi, coffee, tea etc). Try not to worry though! Worrying can actually make your symptoms worse in the long haul, try to keep calm and know that it will get better :)
