Dealing with Abdominal Cramping and Airway Blockage

Doctors still aren’t sure yet. They think I Could Have irritable bowel syndrome. Was prescribed two pills for abdominal cramping that will supposedly stop my bloating. I’ve been experiencing what I thought was blockage from my air hole windpipe. Many said anxiety.. as they checked my throat was clear no cancer or extra tissue blocking it. So my mom suggested to see a counselor… anyone else saved from GERD by just relaxing body more and talking to a counselor ??? Hoping this cures it. Also, is this blockage just acidic swelling??? Or mucus?

Blood work, to check liver, etc throat exam with a camera in throat, she felt stomach to see if it’s hard. So she said she doesn’t think it’s a hatial hernia . Also going to get an ultrasound to check liver in my stomach she said
