Im in my early 20s and after a traumatic spinal cord injury i have 3 rods screwed into my spine and i can no longer walk. It is hard coming to terms with or be open about it. Im lucky it was an incomplete injury and am working hard to regain as much of my mobility as possible.

I'm T9 complete injury, don't even remember how many rods but it was a lot. Also 23. Absolutely agree about the mindset, that's all you can utilize to go forward with anything š
