Dealing with a Traumaholder Persecutor

I’m experiencing new issues with a system little that is a traumaholder who is acting as a persecutor. This system part is blasting some really unsavory and accusatory things into my head and will occasionally front in order to make changes to my environment that cause me to feel less safe as what I understand to be a “punishment”. I am trying to be compassionate because I am aware this system part is probably acting out of a desire to keep me in line to avoid what they personally interpret as perpetual abuse in our life, but what’s going on really isn’t okay and is impacting my mental health. Does anyone have advice on how to approach this?

Hello. I completely understand what you're going through. I'm not a medical professional. I also have a trauma holder as a little and she loves knives and to be a "Warrior" (She age slides and loves to prove she's not a little girl sometimes) I smoke weed and try and see if she can get close to the front so we can talk. She writes down what's going on in her time in the front and I write down mine. It's a process. Sometimes I don't have control over what happens when were co-conscious and others will fight for the front. I recommend doing it in a safe place when you know you have time and write down your intentions Incase another fronts just in case. The whole point of a system is to operate as a system and sometimes they don't know what goes on cause of blocks. So literally talking to yourself in the mirror or writing everything down can bridge that gap. Don't fear them, open them into your life. But still have boundaries and rules. Cause again it's a shared body. Respect from everyone might take time but its essential
