Struggling with Crying Attacks

As much as I try to avoid the medication because it slows me down at work, Zoloft helps with my anxiety and depression. Maybe a change of jobs would help you. Casey's didn't really understand or get me outside from being a customer. I switched back to McDonald's and got on a mood pill which has made the difference for me and my managers. I prefer male managers because I hear them better. Casey's left me tramatized to where it's hard for me to find a new job which needs to happen in 6 months. I have never been put in a situation like that where it was quit or be fired. Welcome to talk to me about this. We can be comfort buddies since I'm still struggling with the same mess. Just haven't figured out how to cope like everyone else wants me to. My depression makes me kinda distant mentally. Welcome to message me if you want. I would love to have a friend just like me.

it’s such a relief to cry honestly, let out those feelings as much or as little as you need. just a reminder that waking up to every new day is still a win, even if work is too overwhelming :)

I only went to work half of today even tho I need the money but I just couldn't make it through. It sucks :/
