I dont do it as much since I'm on meds but before I would think about scenarios before they would happen so I would be ready to face them. The only problem was only 10 percentish ever really happened. I called it my brain going to fast. If it's not bothering you its ok but if it annoys you and you need to find a way to control it talk to a psychiatrist. I had to start controlling mine because I mixed the scenarios up with real life and could never remember what really happened and what I was thinking.

I do this all the time! I sometimes create anxiety over imagining things that will probably never happen. Lately I'm been imagining how nice it would be to just start over in life, like with a new identity and everything. I would never actually do that, of course, but it's fun to think about sometimes. Hope that makes you realize that you're not alone in that. 💕
