I do this when I'm in a dark mood! It helps get it out, I think, and creeps out my husband, which let's him know I'm in a low spot and may need to talk

I just found out about Castle last night. It’s pretty good.

Yes. My friends used to make jokes about it. I've recently made room for some more silliness and joy in my life, and it's been so good. But you have to be ready to go there.

Yes. I love watching crime shows. My favorite is Dexter. 😁 and depressing music weirdly helps me come out of a funk.

Yes! It sounds terrible, but it's weirdly comforting knowing I'm not the only one the world screwed over, even if it is fictional.

I love true crime while I'm drawing, and politics while I'm cooking. Specifically political debates. Don't know why I like the negative stuff so much

I don’t really do dark crime shows, but I like some old school ones such as Colombo or Matlock.

slow/ depressing music calms me down during anxiety/panic attacks. i think it has less to do with the sad lyrics and more to do with the slow music but it always helps me !

I definitely gravitate towards dark crime! I think it’s because I related to their traumas but I don’t chose to express my anger by turning into a serial killer :)
