There are so many non dairy alternatives now that you can replace milk with. Depends on what you are making which type you should choose. Lactaid milk is excellent for bakingl. You can easily swap lactaid for milk in any recipes. I love oat milk, but when using it to cook it gets really thick. Make sure no one has nut or soy allergies if you choose almond or soy milk. When my daughter developed lactose intolerance I would use non dairy baby formula, I know there is a shortage of that now, but it worked really well.
