I’m trying to avoid seed oils/vegetable oil because I think they make my inflammation worse. I’m going dairy free but all the butter i’ve found still has these oils in them (vegetable, canola, palm, or sunflower). Is there any dairy free butter out there without these?

@OurLadyOfChaos no, I’m trying to cut down on it but I won’t avoid it completely. It’s not realistic for me considering how much else I have to cut out and I actually haven’t noticed sugar as a big trigger for me. When seed oils are used in foods I notice that my pain gets worse, even when there’s no sugar

There’s Ghee, it is a type of oil/butter like substance. It’s non-dairy and though there’s not any scientific evidence behind this, Ghee contains butyrate. (Which is a fatty acid with anti-inflammatory properties to it.) Ghee should be easy to find in most groceries.
