Daily Struggles with Social Anxiety and Introversion

So I don't know how much I can help since I currently don't work. I find going out with the bf to hang out with his friends fun because I can always hang back around him like a safety blanket

I am just introverted and my struggle is people not understanding personal space

People asking me why I never do anything. Overthinking every conversation. Never asking questions but too anxious to do anything without more information. Ect.
