Daily Headaches: Seeking Advice

I get a headaches everyday. Most of the time I wake up with 1. I take sumtriptan and it helps most of the time. But I can't take it everyday or Advil headache pills. Is there anything else I can take? I do have an ice wrap I put on my head too.

Elavil as a preventive treatment made my headaches disappear almost entirely. The only problem I have with that drug is its side effects. I developed a fast heartbeat and gained some weight because of it

Benadryl helps in the er anyway the iv I it’s too severe for me to manage
