Heyyy, I’m 6 years into fibromyalgia but I haven’t mastered coping or anything lol however I just really started pacing throughout the day and I rest a lot.. I try to watch a good show or movie to distract me from pain.. I also like a read too! I try to plan out my days so I’m prepared for what’s to come.. I don’t work because of fibromyalgia but I am a stay at home mom who homeschools so I make sure I plan the day to where I’m not doing to much… some days I stretch but I have trouble with stretching.. some days I soak in the tub too.

I like to keep a bullet journal it lets me stay organized and have a place to navigate brain fog by writing down not just things I need to remember to do, but the things I did so I can look back and have an idea of how I spent my time. Plus I can add photos, stickers, art etc. I love my heated blanket it's like a full body heating pad. I'm also very picky about my fabrics for clothes and sheets and things the slightest but if stiffness or roughness or synthetic fibers are just intolerable on bad days.
I know this is a privileged option, but I purchases a infrared sauna a few years ago. It's the only therapy that helps stop and reduce pain.
Coloring is good to use as a distraction to cope too!

@JustRachelle wow, I basically could have wrote that. Although currently without custody because my mental illness (bipolar 1) was used against me to have me detained twice in a mental hospital that I'm now suing. So home school is on hold
