hey im new and kinda shy. i mainly stay to myself but trying to reach out. i currently have a knee injury and am trying to get some motivation on exercise, healthy eating, and getting back to how i was. any advice would be great.

      I recommend going to an Occupational Therapist! They’ll help you get back into your ADLs since your injury could have caused some imbalance in your routine. They will help you create systems to get motivated again :)
