Congratulations on going into treatment 🤗 that's awesome I've been in your boat a few times a lot more on the detox and rehab once that worked great until my depression took over again and ide relapse everytime. I'm fighting for recovery now or I would luv to support you thru this amazing journey. You can do this. Get a sponsor that you can be honest with don't get one that always says it's in the book. I need an emotional bond before I can just let loose. Not a strong bond because that's a lot to put on someone. Try to get someone with experience I always had a 15 year minimum but less then 25 years if they still remembered what it was like I also have to have one that isn't against meds that knows about mental illness and honestly it does sound like a lot to ask for but it's been quite easy to find other woman like that for me. If all else fails at least find a temporary sponsor it makes a huge difference in your recovery to have someone work with you
