hey folks good morning , can I ask is anyone on amatriotaline to help them sleep? if so how much do u take as I take 150mg a night but some nights I'm wide awake and juat can't drop off any ideas guys xx

I take 70mg and thought that was a lot , it does help me sleep but i am finding it takes a while for it to kick in , if i don’t take them i am awake all night , now i set an alarm on my Phone so i don’t forget . I have been taking them for approx 6yrs , i started on 10mg

150 mg is a moderate dose. Being that it's primary usage is as an anti-depressant, you'll like need to pursue other medication options to aid with sleep if you're not seeing relief at that dosage.
