Thank you! May i ask you- what kind of nerve damage? Is it a perifery nerve? I got beta-blocker as well. Plus antidepressants but not taking those

I was diagnosed with long Covid due to all of my symptoms, I do have nerve damage after getting Covid the 2nd time. The only medication that was recommended to me was beta blockers since I have tachycardia. I feel like doctors are not sure what to do and try to treat each symptom individually at the moment. :(
