Hi, I've recently got symptoms from ear infection and reaction to antibiotics. I've found exercise has helped alot. I follow tom morrison for flexibility and mobility, but getting professional help and understanding is very difficult..I'm in the UK. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🙏🏻
