hi I'm new here, I just found this app where I can message people and talk about my depression. It's hard to explain to people when they don't understand what they say is no just be happy. stop your anxiety its easy.. but hopefully people will understand what depression really is. it's not something you can magically disappear.
I been taking meds since 2000s i stopped taking them 2010 I can say I felt way better.. a little there and here but not as bad as before... I have motivation toward myself I have control of myself and how I want to live and be free of anxiety and depression.
