      I was scared of the hospital because of trauma there. I had some left over meds that took me out of mania before and was able to calm it down once I started taking it again

      If you need somebody to talk to! I'm here for you :) I saw that the hospital wasn't your go to :) I totally understand. Do you have a support system at home? :) Family and/or friends that can help? In my area there are crisis centers Ive been to when I feel certain ways. They weren't like hospitals. The lady I spoke to when I was there made sure I felt comfortable with myself to leave but they didnt force me to stay or anything :) not sure if you would consider going to one but there are other resources! šŸ™‚
