Struggling with Cystic Acne and Emotional Trauma

I cannot rid myself of cystic (under the skin) acne. I think it's emotional trauma that hasn't been dealt with. anyone understand what I mean?

Totally! I absolutely believe that emotional trauma can effect our health, especially the skin and hormones, and I’ve been getting cystic acne lately too for similar reasons. It doesn’t help my mood!
