day 3 of taking cymbalta and I don't know if I can go to work while on it. I feel so drained.

I take only 20mg once a day. It’s enough to stop anxiety attacks. Only side affect is libido but not overwhelming.

I didn't feel drained so much, but my stomach was all out of sorts. It was a miserable 2 weeks while my stomach got adjusted.

Try an NSAID or Excedrin it will help you get acclimated to taking the med. hope this helps !
