Crazy side-effects from Cymbalta?

Y'all ever get crazy side-effects from Cymbalta? When I first started taking it, I got horrible side-effects like nausea, muscle pain, head aches & I was so tired I couldn't get out of bed for a week. My doctor told me they were temporary which it was but if I miss a dose I get all those symptoms plus "brain zaps" & really-really moody.

Yeah I get brain zaps and deep depression if I miss two days. It's rough. I get so afraid to run out of it

Don't get me wrong, Cymbalta has helped my anxiety & svt attacks. But, I'm so afraid of possibly having to ever go off of it because the insane side-effects from not taking it. As of now, a lot of my anxiety & depression it due to being stuck living with my x'gf who is a major narcissist.
