Advice on Dealing with Side Effects of Cymbalta for Anxiety and Depression

I have just recently been put on cymbalta for my anxiety and depression. 20 mg. day 2 and I hope it works. but having some side affects. lack of appetite nausea. does anyone have advice in foods
