Cymbalta Dosage Help Needed

anyone on cymbalta have a dose that worked? I used to be one it and switched because it wasn't working but I don't know if I gave it a good enough shot. I'm desperate rn because my body is acclimating to the desvenlafaxine way too soon. I keep going up on dose. I just asked my doctor to try me on Cymbalta again

I take 90mg. So far is working great.

I take 60mg at lunch and 60mg at dinner. My Dr also suggested I take vitamin e with it to lessen headache side effect.

I take 60 mg Cymbalta a day, 600 mg gabepentin, and 15 mg meloxicam to manage my fibromyalgia. I have good and bad days, but I can definitely tell a big difference!

I am on 60 mg cymbalta twice a day.. it takes a while to work I would say it was 3 weeks before I felt relief and paired with neurotin 300. I still have bad days but it does help quite a bit.
