Looking for insight on Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome

So I'm relatively new to this condition called Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome and I'm looking for some insight, what do you guys do to alleviate the pain when you're having an episode??

Thanks so much 💕, I've found sitting in the shower helps me a LOT, and if I throw up I can just do it into the drain.
