That’s probably a pretty loaded question and will be pretty subjective based on people’s opinion. Over-medication is definitely a thing, but at the same time, if you need medication, that’s what it’s there for. It took me forever to find the right medication (and then longer for the correct dosage) that helped me make a difference with my depression while not sacrificing other aspects of my life. Depression is hard.

I think it depends on you, are you functioning well and happy with them? Now imagine having less, would you still function and be happy? If not the amount your on is the amount you should be. Unless they are causing you medical problems, if so brining up your comcern to your Dr would be a good idea
