Crying Spells with Specific Triggers

this may sound weird, but do any of y’all get crying spells with very specific things? like im eating & watching anime & i’ll just start crying. nothing in the anime has to be going on, it could be a happy anime & i’ll still start crying. i was in ihop the other day with family & i was watching spy x family on my phone. i don’t communicate well with family so when the conversations are getting no where i just plug my earbuds in. well i was watching it & i just suddenly started crying. it’s happened so many times. idk what it means or why it’s happening

Maybe depression or hormones? Your doctor can check your hormone levels if they find a reason to. It can also be culmination of emotions you don't have an outlet for otherwise. These are just my guesses. Best of luck. 😥❤️
