Crying Spells with Specific Triggers

this may sound weird, but do any of y’all get crying spells with very specific things? like im eating & watching anime & i’ll just start crying. nothing in the anime has to be going on, it could be a happy anime & i’ll still start crying. i was in ihop the other day with family & i was watching spy x family on my phone. i don’t communicate well with family so when the conversations are getting no where i just plug my earbuds in. well i was watching it & i just suddenly started crying. it’s happened so many times. idk what it means or why it’s happening
