Can You Have Both CRPS and Fibromyalgia?

Is it possible to have both CRPS and fibromyalgia at the same time? My dr initially diagnosed me with CRPS but after a few years I became more fatigued and the pain became widespread. I asked her what the difference was and she said the pain was more widespread and didn't tend to start after trauma (which mine did). I asked which I had and she said my official diagnosis was 'central sensitization disorder' and that its the more general term that covers both CRPS and fibro. She said they diagnose it that way since theyre in pediatrics and patients (and parents) have a tendency to google it and become afraid of severe cases that dont apply to their child. That makes sense, but im still not sure which of the two I have since I have symptoms specific to both. Does it have to be one or the other?
