I have Crohn's too! I was also hoping to meet some people with similar conditions to connect outside the app

The only thing that I have found that really works for me is the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD), but it's hard to maintain all the time. And yes that is the main reason I joined the app just to connect with people, so I'm down for that

I have Crohns! Is there any safe foods you’re able to eat without feeling worse? If you want to connect outside of the app and just make friends to feel less alone and talk about it I’m game for that too
