Could just stopping eating help put the crohns into remission with the medications. like you would still obviously eat just not much.

Worth talking to a dietitian about, I was given the option of going onto meal replacement shakes for a while to induce remission but it needs to be done under dietitian or doctor guidance as they'll work out the calories you need, make sure you're on something that gives you all the nutrients you need etc

Sometimes it hurts more because of the lack of nutrients. I'd talk to your doctor about this if you're still having problems.

Reducing food intake alone may not put Crohn's into remission, but combining a well-managed diet with medications can help manage symptoms. It's important to identify and avoid trigger foods while maintaining proper nutrition.
