Can Crohn's be put into remission through diet?

Anyone been able to get to remission from Crohns through changing diet? That’s the last thing I need to try haha I’ve been holding out

The annual zoom conference starts April 15th. 4 drs are speaking live and their their support for the specific Carbohydrate Diet including evidence to healing the gut and other therapy as well.

I looked into this diet I thought we couldnt eat nuts with Crohn's is there new evidence stating we can cuz that would be awesome
